AI call agents that answer, remind and follow up by phone
We build AI voice agents for inbound reception, after-hours lines, appointment and payment reminders and collections calls, in English and Swahili, connected to your own systems.
What changes
- Callers get an answer at any hour, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Routine questions are answered from your own price list, hours and policies.
- Reminders go out on time without anyone working through a call list by hand.
- Promises to pay and call outcomes are written to your systems, not to a notebook.
- Your team takes the calls that need a person, with the caller's details already captured.

What’s included
- A call flow designed with you for one line, such as reception or reminders
- A voice agent that speaks and understands English and Swahili
- Answers drawn from your own knowledge, such as prices, hours and policies
- Handover to a person, with a summary, whenever a caller asks or the agent is unsure
- Outbound reminder and follow-up calls on the schedule and rules you set
- Call outcomes recorded in your ERP, CRM or a shared sheet
- A recording and transcript of every call, with an audit log of each action
- Limits agreed in writing on what the agent may say, promise or change
How it runs
Map one call flow
We listen to how calls are handled today and agree one flow to automate first, with the questions, answers and handovers written down.
Build and rehearse
We build the agent on your knowledge and systems, then rehearse it with your team on test calls in English and Swahili before any customer hears it.
Pilot on one line
The agent takes one line or one reminder list first, with your team listening in and every call reviewed.
Run and improve
We monitor calls, tune answers and add flows as your team gains confidence in the agent.
The calls that eat your team’s day
Most phone calls to a business are routine. What time do you close? Is my order ready? When is my appointment? Did my payment arrive? Each one takes a person away from the customer in front of them. After hours, the calls go unanswered and the customer rings someone else.
Outbound calls are no better. Someone works down a list of reminders and overdue accounts, writes the outcomes in a notebook, and the follow-up depends on who reads it.
What we build
We build AI call agents for the calls that follow a pattern:
- Inbound reception. The agent answers, deals with routine questions from your own price list, hours and policies, takes messages and bookings, and puts the caller through to a person when they need one.
- After-hours line. Evening, weekend and public-holiday calls get an answer instead of a ringing phone. Urgent calls can be passed to whoever is on duty.
- Appointment and payment reminders. The agent calls customers before an appointment or a due date, confirms or reschedules, and records the result.
- Collections calls. The agent confirms balances, takes promises to pay and sends the customer an M-Pesa or other mobile money payment request, within the script and limits you approve. Payments are then matched against your mobile money and bank statements, so the next call knows what has been paid.
Each agent speaks and understands English and Swahili.
Part of a digital employee
A call agent is one channel of a wider AI digital employee. The same collections digital employee can send a WhatsApp reminder first, call customers who have not replied and record every promise to pay in your ERP. WhatsApp is our first channel today; phone, SMS, email and web chat are built for each client.
Safe by design
- It says it is an AI. Every call starts with an introduction, and a caller can ask for a person at any time.
- A script you approve. The agent says only what you have agreed, and asks a person before making any promise outside it.
- Recorded and logged. Every call has a recording, a transcript and an audit log of each action.
- Least-privilege tools. The agent can only read and write what its role needs in your systems.
Common questions
What can an AI call agent do?
It can answer your reception line, take messages and bookings out of hours, call customers with appointment and payment reminders, and handle routine collections calls such as confirming a balance or recording a promise to pay. It works from your own knowledge and systems, and hands over to a person whenever it should.
Does it speak Swahili?
Yes. We build the agent to speak and understand English and Swahili, and we rehearse each call flow with your team in both languages before it goes live. Callers who switch language mid-call can be answered in the language they use.
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. The agent introduces itself as an automated assistant at the start of every call, and a caller can ask for a person at any time. We do not build agents that pretend to be human.
Do we need a new phone number?
Not necessarily. The agent can answer an existing line, a new number or only the calls your team cannot pick up. We set up the telephony for each client and agree the option that suits your business before the build.
How do you keep collections calls fair and lawful?
The agent only says what you have approved, calls within the hours you set, never threatens, and offers a person on request. Every call is recorded and logged. We design to the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 and help you update your privacy notices to cover recorded calls.
How is it priced?
The scope depends on the lines, the call flows and the systems involved, so we quote after a free audit. You get a written quote showing setup and monthly costs before any work starts.
Thinking about an AI call agent?
Tell us which calls take up your team’s day: reception, reminders, collections or the after-hours line. We map one call flow with you and agree what the agent may say and do before anything is built.
